The video - which was directed by Paul Hunter, who has worked with Eminem, Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera in the past - features Nicole looking sexy in a cropped top and drab trousers, while the 'In Da Club' rapper - whose very key is Curtis Jackson - is looking smooth in his aviators and sideways baseball cap.
Nicole - who also wears knee-high boots and has her hair braided in percentage of the video - previously said she didn't need the net result to look too complicated, but nevertheless effective.
She told 'MTV': "I wanted to kinda keep the picture pretty simple because I treasured it iconic.
The way you get iconic pictures and memorable videos is only by holding it simple. So we're in downtown L.A. and we're just wearing super-fly colours, and we're just feel it."
And the 'Many Men' hip-hop star - who has also starred in a bit of movies including 'Get Rich or Die Tryin', 'Entourage' and 'Before I Self Destruct' - recently joked to the news channel that he was great to do a picture to get closer to Nicole, whose boyfriend is Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton.
He quipped: "Well, I was really wanting to see her. They played the song, and I said, 'OK, I'll do it. Maybe I'll get a fortune to do the television and be adjacent to her and see what happens!'"
But Nicole recently revealed how she finds it difficult being isolated from Lewis all the time, suggesting she feels bad for not attending his races to keep him because she's always promoting her music.
She told 'Glamour' magazine: "As often as I support Lewis, he sees other drivers' girls with them the all time."
Nicole's 'Right There' one is set to look on the singer's first ever solo studio album 'Killer Love', which was released earlier this class and includes her hit single 'Don't Hold Your Breath'.
