50 Cent started his career after sending a CD to Eminem. Eminem was so impressed that he invited 50 Cent over to Los Angeles where he was introduced to Dr. Dre and as a resolution he was offered a one billion dollar recording deal. His first commercial album release was "Get Fat Or Die Trying" which was classic 50 Cent. Apart from having classic 50 Cent songs, the first 50 Cent music video for "In Da Club" was played massively on rotation on MTV thus creating a truly global superstar. The album sold 872,000 copies in 4 days making it one of the biggest selling albums of the year. Other classic 50 Cent video songs and 50 Cent music videos were to watch including "P.I.M.P". 50 Cent would also spill a soundtrack for his film entitled "Get Fat Or Die Trying". "Window Shopper" was the most successful release from the soundtrack album giving 50 Cent a top 20 hit on the Billboard charts in the US.
The following 50 Cent album to be released was entitled "The Slaughter" which sold 1.4 million copies in 4 years of free and poorly at act one in the Billboard Top 100 charts. Once again it spawned classic 50 Cent songs "Candy Store" and "How we do".
More success was to be in the form of 50 Cents latest offering entitled "Before I self Destruct" released in September 2009. The low one is the catchy "Baby By Me" featuring Rnb superstar Ne-Yo which features a try from an earlier 50 Cent song called "I Get Money". This gave 50 Cent another hit song and another 50 Cent music video which received huge airplay. More 50 Cent videos songs are planned for free in 2010 on an album which has already been certified Gold after selling 500,000 copies.
